Twistedrocket.com was registered on April 24, 2010 with Nexx, and is currently hosted by them as well.

I chose twistedrocket.com for a couple reasons. One, my previous domain had my first and last name in it. As much as I’m open to people I know reading my blog, it wasn’t for me. Too risky! I decided to go with something a little harder to find, and a little more unique. Two, Twisted Rockets are my favourite drink at Boston Pizza!

When I FIRST had a site, back in…2007? 2006? I used to edit the php and html templates each time I blogged. Hello, annoying? Time consuming? Now, I use WordPress and am in the process of expanding my plugins to make things even easier! I don’t know how I did it before WordPress, it’s so simple to use, and user-friendly!

I usually use pre-made layouts – I’m not comfortable enough with WordPress yet to make my own. I am looking at how to though, and will be trying one out soon (ish).
